If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review Our policy on order cancellations, refunds, replacements and returns.

We reserve the right, in Our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to the Cancellation, Return, Replacement and Refund Policy (hereafter the “Policy”) at any time and for any reason. We will alert You about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of this Policy, and You waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is Your responsibility to periodically review this Policy to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised terms mentioned in this Policy by Your continued use of the Site after the date such revised Terms of Use are posted.

  • Goods refer to the items offered for selling on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to Love and Lather, accessible from https://www.loveandlather.in/

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

 

Cancellation of Orders

We strive to dispatch all our orders as early as possible to meet the expectations of Our valued clients. Therefore, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been submitted, as we cannot disrupt the workflow process fulfilled by our warehouse team.

Return of Products

In case You receive

  • the wrong Product;

  • a defective or damaged Product;

  • a Product that doesn't match the listing description;

 

You are entitled to either a Refund of payment or a Replacement of the Product. However, once shipped, We do not accept Return of any Products.

Refunds and Replacements

​

All of Our products are made with the one ingredient that is common to all great products and services – Love. While every effort is made to ensure that We continue to dazzle Our valuable clients with Our products, We understand that We cannot simultaneously be all things to everybody in this world.

In case You are dissatisfied with Our products, We request You to send Us Your valuable feedback so that We may further improve Our Products and are able to meet Your expectations in the future.

You are entitled for a Refund of Payment or Replacement of the Product, provided the Goods had been received by You or by a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered, within the last 7 days and either one of the following conditions -

  • You received the wrong Product;

  • You received a defective or damaged Product;

  • You received a Product that doesn't match the listing description.

 

In order to exercise Your right for a Refund of payment or Replacement of the Product, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform Us of your decision by:

 

Your request should include:

  • Name of the customer

  • Date of Order

  • Order ID or Invoice Number

  • Whether You seek a Refund or Replacement

  • Reason for the Request i.e

    • You received the wrong Product;

    • You received a defective or damaged Product;

    • You received a Product that doesn't match the listing description.

  • Photograph of the Product in support of your claim(s).

  • Feedback for improving Our Product

 

You are not entitled for Refund or Replacement in the following conditions:

  • You failed to mention the correct details such as Address etc. while placing the Order

  • Products had been made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Products were bought by You on special Discounted prices.

 

Furthermore, We reserve the right to refuse the Refund of Payment or Replacement of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions in our sole discretion.

We are committed to process all Your requests as early as possible. Provided that You qualify for a Refund as per the conditions mentioned above, We will reimburse You no later than 14 working days from the calendar date on which We receive Your request for Refund. You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Provided that You qualify for a Replacement of the Product(s) as per the conditions mentioned above, We will ship the Replacement Product no later than 14 working days from the calendar date on which We receive Your request for Replacement. You will not incur any fees for such Replacement.
