Thank you for shopping at Love and Lather. At Love and Lather, our goal is to provide you the best shipping options, no matter where you are.

AGREEMENT TO TERMS OF THIS POLICY DOCUMENT

We reserve the right, in Our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to the Shipment Policy (hereafter the “Policy”) at any time and for any reason. We will alert You about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of this Policy, and You waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is Your responsibility to periodically review this Policy to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised terms mentioned in this Policy by Your continued use of the Site after the date such revised Terms of Use are posted.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

INTERPRETATIONS AND DEFINITIONS

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Shipment Policy:

Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Love and Lather.
Goods, Products, Shipment refer to the items offered for selling on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to Love and Lather, accessible from https://www.loveandlather.in/
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

We are committed to including only natural ingredients in Our Products and avoid using harmful chemicals to the maximum extent possible.

Quite expectedly, the half life of a product without preservatives and chemicals is significantly lower as compared to a product which contains them.

While We do not (yet) have comparative data on bath and other related Products, We are sure that the same principle would hold true for them as well.

In order to provide You with the best quality Products, We do not maintain any inventory of any of our finished Products.

Therefore, all Our products are handcrafted and custom designed to match Your specifications, only AFTER We confirm Your Order.

Depending upon the size, it usually takes Us 2 to 3 working days to manufacture, package and get Your Order ready to ship.

SHIPPING TIME

We choose Our logistic partner based on their availability, charges, reliability and expected delivery times. Depending upon the location, Orders are ordinarily expected to reach You in 7 working days.

However, Our logistic partner might experience delays in case of unforeseen events such as lockdowns, protests, natural calamities etc.

We would inform You at the earliest in case of any such delays and try Our best to get Your shipment to You as soon as possible.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

We send You a confirmation email as soon as Your Order is shipped. The Email also contains a “Tracking ID” which can be used to track Your Shipment in real time.

SHIPPING CHARGES

The shipping charges for all Our Orders are as follows :

For Orders below Rs 499 - Uniform fixed shipping charge of Rs 70 per Order.

For Orders above 499 – No shipping charges

DAMAGED AND LOST SHIPMENTS

Although We observe due diligence in packaging all Our Orders so as to minimize any loss or damage while en route to You, We cannot guarantee that nothing untoward might happen to Your Products.

Therefore, in such cases where the Product had been intact at the time of dispatch, but gets damaged or lost during the shipment process, We would not be held responsible for any damages.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We currently do not ship outside India.
